DESIGN FILES

You will only get low-resolution design files (72 DPI) from Alphapackages.com™. For an estimate on higher-resolution designed files, please contact info@alphapackages.com.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

Graphics, designs, and artwork must be 300 DPI or higher and in CMYK format. No responsibility for flaws in color reproduction is taken by Alphapackages.com™  when you switch from RGB to CMYK.

MATERIALS

Please note that the paper and card material we use for printing our products is not safe for food. It is important to send any such request in writing right away. Please let us know if you have any specific food grade needs for the paper stock before you place this purchase. Before printing can begin, the customer must accept the proof and layout.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Alphapackages.com™ has the right to cancel your order before it is printed or dispatched. However, once your ordered item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Orders may be canceled at different points in the production process, however there may be cancellation fees. Your Customer Service Team will advise you of any cancellation fees. You can place orders through the website.

Time Sensitive Orders & Late Delivery

We can speed up production and shipment for items that need to be delivered quickly. We will work closely with you to keep an eye on the order’s progress and make sure it gets to you on time. We are completely responsible for when we make and send things. However, unplanned delays imposed by logistics companies are beyond our control.

Damaged and Lost Packaging

It’s up to the consumer to verify their packages for broken or missing things before accepting delivery. You have three business days from the delivery date to file a claim for damaged or lost merchandise. Alpha Packages is not responsible for faults or defective packages that other people send.
