Refund & Cancellation Policy – AlphaPackages

At AlphaPackages, we value our customers and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. We understand that situations may arise where you wish to cancel your order or request a refund. This policy is designed to provide clarity, fairness, and transparency for all parties involved. It applies to all orders placed with AlphaPackages and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds & Returns

Since our packaging products are custom-made based on your specifications, colors, and design requirements, we strongly recommend reviewing proofs carefully before approving your order. If you receive products that differ from your approved specifications or are defective due to our error, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing info@alphapackages.com with clear details and photographic evidence of the issue.

Company-Side Defects

If it is determined that the defect was caused by AlphaPackages, we will reprint the full order at no additional cost to you. Our quality assurance team will make the final determination on the nature of the defect. In such cases, you must return the complete order within 7 working days at your own shipping expense. Photographs and supporting evidence must be provided to qualify for a reprint.

Client-Side Defects

If the defect is determined to be due to customer error (e.g., incorrect artwork, sizing, or specifications provided by the client) and a refund is still requested, you will be required to return the full order. Please note that shipping, product setup, printing, and handling costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Order Cancellation

Once a proof is approved, your order is immediately sent to production. You have 4 hours after proof approval to request cancellation. Cancellations made within this window will incur a 15% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

If you cancel after the order has entered the printing process, no refund will be issued. However, we can store your completed products free of charge and ship them at a later date upon your request.
