We at Alpha Packages are committed to offering you premium customized packaging options. Since each order is different we have a fair and transparent return and refund policy. Below, we’ve described our processes to make sure your experience is clear from beginning to end.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are unique and made to order, all sales are final. We will not give you your money back or provide you credit unless we committed a mistake that we can prove. We will reprint your order if we find out that we made a mistake with it.
Refunds & Returns
Alpha Packages takes pride in offering products and services that are customized to meet your specific instructions and guidelines. Therefore, we encourage clients to get back to us if any supplied products do not align with their specifications or if they encounter any faults. We welcome your feedback! Please reach out to us at info@alphapackages.com within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Company Side Defects
Should the product defect be proven, the company will take responsibility for reprinting the entire order. The company’s determination regarding the defect and its accountability will be conclusive. The customer is responsible for returning the complete order to the company within 7 working days and will cover the shipping costs independently. Customers can submit documents and evidence of defects by sharing digital photographs to initiate order reprints.
Non-Refundable Charges
Please be aware that costs associated with Alpha Packages, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable, no matter the reason for returning your order. This policy is applicable to all, with no exceptions whatsoever.
Printing Standards & Final Approval
Before printing, your final artwork and job specification page must be proofed and approved. Alpha Packages disclaims all responsibility for any mistakes in printed materials brought on by any of the following:
- mistakes in punctuation, grammar or spelling.
- wrong font usage, incorrect positioning or inaccurate graphical orientation.
- incorrect die cuts, missing or improperly aligned slits or folds.
- The size of the finished product is off.
We guarantee that, within 90% of the final proof you approved, the color reproduction will be accurate. For an additional cost, kindly request a paper proof to guarantee an exact color match. Color matching and ink density in screen proofs are not our responsibility.
