• Production will only start after written or digital proof approval is received. Once approved, AlphaPackages is not responsible for errors in design, spelling, dimensions, or other specifications provided by the customer.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Since all products are custom, refunds are only issued in cases where defects are proven to be AlphaPackages’ responsibility.

• All artwork, logos, and branding provided by the customer are assumed to be legally owned or licensed by the customer. AlphaPackages will not be held liable for copyright or trademark infringements resulting from customer-provided designs.

• AlphaPackages reserves the right to showcase completed packaging designs in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
